Lidancheff determines that the user must not commit the following actions:

° Reproduce, republish, duplicate, or copy any content from Iliyana Dancheva's studio;
° Sell, rent, sublicense, and/or otherwise commercialize any content from Iliyana Dancheva;
° Perform and/or publicly display any content from Iliyana Dancheva without permission;
° Use this site in a way that may or does damage and/or affect the user's access to the site;
° Use this site in violation of the relevant rules, laws, and regulations of your country of residence, or in a way that causes or may cause harm to the site or any person or business entity;
° Engage in data mining or any other similar activity related to this site, or during the use of this site; and
° Use this site to engage in any form of advertising or business marketing without permission.

Iliyana Dancheva reserves the right not to process any order or refund in case of errors in the prices and/or characteristics of the products, when these result from technical issues or errors beyond Iliyana Dancheva's control.

Delivery time may vary between 5-10 days in mainland Portugal, depending on the complexity of the design and whether there are holidays. In the Azores and Madeira Islands, the deadline is 20 days, depending on the complexity of the design and if there are holidays. Orders have a limit of 10 kg. Shipments over 10 kg by agreement.

Iliyana Dancheva will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the User and/or third parties due to delays, interruptions, damages, and suspensions in shipments that arise from factors beyond its control.

Transactions will be carried out with immediate payment. The accepted payment methods for the products are via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

We accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund or exchange. Items must be received undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. To make a return, provide the order number and return details in the Contact Form or via email at lidancheff@gmail.com. The order number can be found in the original confirmation email. Once the product is received, the return will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be returned with the original payment method.

This website fully respects your privacy rights and will not collect any personal information without your express permission. Any personal information you provide will be handled securely and confidentially, in accordance with international data protection standards. Iliyana Dancheva does not collect any personal information on this website, except for what you voluntarily provide, such as by filling out the contact form or purchasing a product. If you have concerns about how the information provided through this website is handled, please do not hesitate to ask any questions. If you notice that any information is incorrect (e.g., name, email address, home address, etc.), you can request a correction of these details. You may also request that your information be deleted.
